Phase II of our 4641 N Ashland Avenue project is officially underway.
After multiple design iterations and collaboration with neighborhood groups, the alderman’s office, and the City of Chicago Department of Planning & Development, our architects developed an incredible concept that is now moving through community review and zoning approvals.
Phase I involved a full gut renovation of the existing Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School into 42 residential units with amenity spaces.
Phase II will replace the existing parking lot and introduce an additional 78 residential units to the site. Both buildings will share access to premium amenities including multiple lounges, a roof deck, fitness room, bike room, keyless entry, and more.
