         Our first acquisition in the self-storage world, this mom & pop self-storage facility was in need of upgrades. After takeover, in addition to adding several floors of climate-controlled storage units & mailboxes, we focused on streamlining expenses & full occupancy for units. Focusing on community outreach, this facility became an Andersonville staple with the majority of tenants being Andersonville residents.
